Shipping policy

Shipping times are at the discretion of the shipping company.  Rubyco, LLC has no control over and therefore cannot be held responsible for the length of time it takes the shipping company to deliver your package once we ship.  Expect shipping times to be longer than normal during the holiday season.  

Once we ship your order we do not have control over what the shipping company does with your package.  If a package is lost, stolen, misdelivered or not delivered, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.  Start by calling or visiting your local post office or UPS store and have your tracking number in hand.  Rubyco, LLC will not replace or refund for any products that are lost, stolen, misdelivered or otherwise not delivered by any shipping company.  

Supply chain issues have caused us to increase our production time.  Most products are produced within 7-10 business days, except where otherwise noted on an individual listing, or in the shop header.  Production time does not include shipping time. 

Production Time Exceptions ---- Please expect a wait of 10-15 business days for some items in the Fashion Categories.  Please expect a wait of 15-20 business days for custom embroidery.  Please expect a wait of 20-30 business days for large group orders - any decorating method.  Production time does not include shipping time.

In cases where the shop owners are ill or on vacation, the shop header will be updated to reflect new production times.  We make every effort to notify our customers well in advance of known absences.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by an unforeseen absence, such as illness.   

All orders ship from Kenosha, WI. 

Domestic shipping only at this time.  

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping companies by weight, volume and the distance from us to you.  Prices are subject to change without notice. 

These rates do not apply to custom orders or large group orders.  Rates for custom orders and/or large group orders will be negotiated at time of purchase.
