Returns
We gladly accept returns or exchanges in the event that the customer has received a damaged or defective item, or the wrong item was shipped by the seller. If you received a damaged or defective item, or the wrong item, contact us at customerservice@rubyco.biz for assistance.
If you are returning for another reason, product must be new, unworn, unwashed and returned in original packaging within 30 days of receipt of product. There is a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping.
